FT 8815
FLAME-RETARDANT POLYESTER RESINS
DESCRIPTION
The FT8815 series are low-viscosity,
high solids, general purpose flame
retardant* polyester resins. These
extensively-tested resins provide smooth
gelcoat surfaces, excellent fiberglass wetout
and
positive curing performance, making
their ideal for a variety or general-purpose
flame-retardant FRP
applications. In
addition, incorporation of aluminum
trihydrate allows
FT8815 resins to meet
stringent smoke emission and smoke
toxicity specifications.
